Contrarian Thinking•Austin, TX
•$90,000 - $105,000•Onsite

About The Position

BizScout’s Private Client program is a concierge service for serious, qualified buyers. The program sources businesses to buy, screens and underwrites opportunities, and guides buyers from intake through close. The Associate Advisor, Private Client will add execution capacity to the senior advisory team as the program scales, working alongside senior advisors on analytical and operational work that keeps buyer searches moving. The role includes coordinating with the business development team to match deal flow to buyers, conducting first-pass underwriting, building buyer profiles, and maintaining pipeline reporting. The associate will eventually work directly with clients as a day-to-day point of contact for buyers. This hands-on role offers a path to managing a client portfolio and, over time, leading transactions through close. The position is full-time and based in Austin, Texas, with five days per week in the office and travel as needed. It reports to the Head of Private Client and works with the Private Client advisory team. Compensation is a base salary of $90,000–$105,000, depending on experience, plus eligibility for a performance bonus. The expected progression is to Advisor, managing a dedicated client portfolio and becoming eligible for the advisor commission plan, within roughly 12 months based on performance. Longer term, the role may progress to leading transactions through close as a senior advisor.
