About The Position

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual, able to multitask and support daily operations effectively. This position involves managing invoices, generating reports, communicating with customers, coordinating events, scheduling meetings, and assisting coworkers with various administrative needs. Additionally, the role shares cashier duties, including money management, processing checks, and handling important documents.

Requirements

  • Associates degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support
  • High level of computer proficiency and ability to become proficient in multiple IT applicants
  • Microsoft suite knowledge and excel skills a must
  • Must be a strong team player and assist others when necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency
  • Outstanding organization, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Aptitude to work with minimal supervision - set goals, create and implement action plans, and monitor progress toward goals

Responsibilities

  • Process and pay invoices, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Perform a variety of daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, running reports, updating records, and maintaining files.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and professional service via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events, meetings, and other special projects.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring that all logistics are handled efficiently (room reservations, agendas, follow-ups).
  • Offer assistance to team members with any administrative tasks or special projects that arise.
  • Assist with cashier duties, including money management, processing checks, handling documents, and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
  • Effectively balance multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Handle office supplies, maintain office organization, and help with any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
