This is a fantastic role for someone early in their career or someone looking to switch to a new industry. You’ll support managers, and clients in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while keeping clients updated. You can expect a mix of recruiting work and client-facing tasks.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, client support, call center, or related work (internships count).
- Interest in tech and recruiting for IT, software, and engineering roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter who’s open to feedback and wants long-term growth.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work with managers and clients to understand job needs.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Review resumes and conduct phone screenings.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Provide updates and handle client documentation.
- Keep accurate records in the ATS.
- Other tasks as assigned.
