About The Position

MealSuite is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support expansion and revenue growth across assigned existing customers. This role focuses on single-site accounts, helping identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities while building strong customer relationships. You’ll partner closely with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to drive account growth, improve customer outcomes, and contribute directly to revenue expansion.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management.
  • Experience working with customer accounts and identifying revenue opportunities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building
  • Adaptability, organization, and a customer-first mindset

  • Healthcare foodservice or senior living experience

Responsibilities

  • Own upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing customers.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on customer needs and product usage.
  • Conduct business reviews and support account growth planning.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and internal teams to execute expansion opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
