The Associate Account Manager supports the Account Management team in driving revenue growth and client retention through account analysis, pipeline development, and renewal preparation. The role focuses on identifying whitespace opportunities, monitoring renewal and usage metrics, and maintaining accurate CRM data to support commercial execution. Working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, the Associate Account Manager helps develop client-ready materials, supports contract and enablement processes, and ensures IP protection.
