The Benefits Associate Account Manager provides administrative and clerical support to the Employee Benefits Channel, assisting account managers with client needs, compliance, and timely paperwork completion. Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- 1-2 years administrative experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Life, Accident and Health Insurance License preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist account team in providing quality customer service to existing accounts, including resolving billing and claim issues, gathering renewal information, and general account assistance as needed
- Assist account team with annual enrollment by helping create communication material
- Assist with special projects in the office as requested
- Monitor and maintain accurate client information in account management systems as assigned
- Act in capacity of client manager on assigned accounts
