Associate Account Executive

Sandstone•New York, NY
•$110,000 - $150,000

About The Position

Sandstone is hiring an Associate Account Executive to support its sales organization. Unlike a BDR/SDR role focused on pipeline creation or qualification, this role supports all aspects of the sales cycle. It is designed to provide hands-on exposure to the skills required of an effective Account Executive, initially through ownership of portions of the sales cycle and eventually through ownership of the end-to-end process. Associate Account Executives are expected to own their own book of business within a year of joining. The role includes executing deals, maintaining sales infrastructure, contributing to go-to-market operations, and progressing active deals alongside senior team members. As capacity and judgment develop, the Associate Account Executive will take on accounts and expansion opportunities and move into a defined quota-carrying territory within 12 months. Regular travel to represent Sandstone at industry conferences, dinners, and events is expected.
