About The Position

Christian Living Communities (CLC) | Cappella Living Solutions (CLS) seek a caring and dependable Assisted Living Personal Care Partner II (QMAP) for Cappella Pueblo West Assisted Living Community. The role supports residents with daily care and medication assistance while helping create a respectful, person-centered community where residents are treated with dignity, purpose, and kindness. The position includes helping residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, meals, laundry, and daily routines. It also involves supporting medication administration according to established procedures, documenting accurately, and helping ensure residents receive the right medication at the right time. The team member communicates changes in residents’ needs, supports families as appropriate, and works with colleagues to promote resident safety and well-being. This is a part-time night position scheduled Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. The listed pay is $18 per hour.

Requirements

Medication certification required under the state of operation, such as QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, or Nurse Delegation.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Strong self-management and organizational skills.
Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to handle competing deadlines.
Flexibility and adaptability, including openness to change.
Ability to effectively handle difficult and sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

One year of experience in some level of elder care.
Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, meals, laundry, and daily routines.
