About The Position
Christian Living Communities (CLC) | Cappella Living Solutions (CLS) is hiring an Assisted Living Personal Care Partner II (QMAP) for Cappella Pueblo West Assisted Living Community. The role supports residents with daily care and medication assistance in a person-centered manner, helping residents maintain dignity, purpose, and well-being. The position is part-time and scheduled Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, at $18 per hour. The Personal Care Partner assists residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, meals, laundry, and daily routines. The role also supports medication administration by following established procedures, documenting accurately, and helping ensure residents receive the correct medication at the right time. The position requires communicating changes in resident needs, appropriately supporting families, and collaborating with team members to provide respectful care.
Requirements
- Medication certification as required by the state of operation, such as QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, or Nurse Delegation.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong self-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle competing deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability, including openness to change.
- Ability to handle difficult and sensitive issues effectively and maintain confidentiality.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience in some level of elder care.
- Proficient computer skills.
Responsibilities
