About The Position
Martha Franks Retirement Community, the only Southern Baptist affiliated retirement community in the piedmont region of SC, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team. As a Nursing Assistant at Martha Franks, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, while fostering a culture of warmth and inclusivity. As a Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with our healthcare team to provide high-quality care to our residents, including: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team Providing emotional support and companionship to residents Assisting with mealtime and feeding patients as needed Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements
- Compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant
- Ability to assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Ability to monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Ability to provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Ability to assist with mealtime and feeding patients as needed
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to residents, promoting independence and dignity
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration
