About The Position

The Assisted Living LPN Manager leads and supports the nursing team at the Chillicothe Campus. This full-time, day-shift role is scheduled Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation as needed. The manager supports resident care, staff development, accurate documentation, communication with families and clinicians, incident investigation, and quality improvement.

Requirements

Active Ohio LPN license in good standing.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of supervisory, charge nurse, or management experience.
Experience in assisted living or long-term care.

Responsibilities

Interview, onboard, schedule, coach, and complete performance reviews for nursing team members.
Review and approve care plans and progress notes, and help staff address resident care issues.
Oversee admissions paperwork and documentation accuracy.
Serve as a point of contact for residents’ families, physicians, and staff concerns, and investigate incidents.
Identify training needs and support continuing education for the team.
Participate in quality improvement work to raise the standard of care.
