About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking an Assisted Living Administrator | Executive Director to lead the Lamar at Town Center Senior Living Community. This role is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the community, including achieving targeted occupancy goals and supervising/developing employees. The administrator will ensure services exceed customer needs and expectations and oversee day-to-day activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field required
Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large
Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
Minimum of two years of experience in an AL setting
Must possess a high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
