Requirements

  • Current, active Missouri Nursing Home Administrator License (Required).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business or Health Care Administration preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional care.
  • A genuine dedication to senior care and the geriatric population.

Nice To Haves

  • Business or Health Care Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Complete administrative and managerial responsibility for the healthcare center.
  • Act as the primary motivator and support person for Department Directors, partners, patients, families, physicians, and the local community.
