About The Position

Requirements
- Current, active Missouri Nursing Home Administrator License (Required).
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business or Health Care Administration preferred).
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional care.
- A genuine dedication to senior care and the geriatric population.

- Business or Health Care Administration preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete administrative and managerial responsibility for the healthcare center.
- Act as the primary motivator and support person for Department Directors, partners, patients, families, physicians, and the local community.
