About The Position
The Assistant Women's Soccer Coach will assist the head coach in developing and coordinating the women's soccer program in a highly competitive NCAA Division III environment. Major emphasis will be on recruiting, practice planning and on field teaching.
Requirements
- Flexibility; ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of NCAA and AMCC rules and regulations.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Valid drivers license.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Preferred playing or coaching experience at the collegiate level.
Responsibilities
- Recruit quality Division III student-athletes.
- Abide by NCAA and AMCC rules and regulations.
- Assist with team practice and game day coaching responsibilities.
- Scout and break down video of all opponents.
