About The Position

The Assistant Women's Soccer Coach will assist the head coach in all aspects of running a competitive collegiate soccer program. This includes recruiting qualified student-athletes and ensuring their success both personally and academically. Responsibilities may encompass recruiting, managing team travel, scheduling, player development, and budget oversight. This is a part-time position.

Requirements

• Physical ability to perform essential functions of the position, as noted below, with or without reasonable accommodation

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Previous coaching experience at the secondary and/or college level preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of recruiting prospective qualified student-athletes.
• Assist in the development and supervision of practice and game planning.
• Assist with the organization of team travel.
• Effectively demonstrates technical skills at the collegiate level.
• Assist with fundraising.
• Ensure compliance with all College, NCAA Division III and GNAC policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as required by the Head Women’s Soccer Coach.
