About The Position

DB USA Core Corporation seeks an Assistant Vice President in Jacksonville, FL to investigate data leakage incidents, liaise with Data Leakage stakeholders to provide root cause analysis, and prepare data leakage incident reports. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience utilizing cybersecurity principles and practices to perform information security risk management within financial institutions. Responsibilities include monitoring security incidents, implementing and maintaining Data Leakage Monitoring/Prevention (DLP) mechanisms and insider threat processes, applying information and data security regulations, frameworks, and standards, utilizing security technologies and tools, and applying structured incident response techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience utilizing cybersecurity principles and practices to perform information security risk management within financial institutions
  • Experience monitoring security incidents, including executing detection, analysis, containment, and remediation steps
  • Experience implementing and maintaining Data Leakage Monitoring/Prevention (DLP) mechanisms and insider threat processes tailored to banking environments
  • Experience applying and adhering to information and data security regulations, frameworks, and standards, including MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO27001, DORA, and GDPR
  • Experience utilizing security technologies and tools, including SIEM platforms, Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), and Symantec DLP
  • Experience applying structured incident response techniques in line with EC-Council Certified Incident Handler (ECIH) standards, including threat identification, incident analysis, risk containment, and recovery support
