Oaktree is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join its Liquidity Management team and help lead the firm’s liquidity forecasting and reporting, excess-cash investment, and liquidity risk-management activities. This role will develop and manage enterprise-wide liquidity projections, optimize the deployment of excess cash, and help maintain sufficient liquidity across the firm’s global operations under normal and stressed market conditions. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner across the Finance Division to develop scalable liquidity management processes, support funding decisions, and enhance Oaktree's overall liquidity infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in building and evolving the firm's liquidity management framework, including forecasting methodologies, stress testing capabilities, investment guidelines, and governance processes. The role requires a highly analytical, self-directed professional who is comfortable making recommendations to senior leadership and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. This role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders—including Fund Finance, Investment Operations, Capital Solutions, Legal, and Compliance—as well as external banking and market counterparties.
