The assistant must possess pleasant phone skills, even in difficult conversations, and treat all individuals with kindness, respect, and confidentiality. Responsibilities include learning about collaborative partners to connect families, assisting with purchasing clothing, shoes, and food for families, accurately posting expenses, and completing purchase orders. Flexibility with hours, which may fall outside traditional job hours, is also required. Other duties may be performed as assigned to ensure efficient and effective job functions.
