Baylor University is seeking an Assistant to the Executive Director in the Baylor Center for Disability and Flourishing. The Assistant to the Executive Director provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Executive Director of the Baylor Center for Disability and Flourishing. This role ensures effective coordination of the Executive Director’s priorities, communications, and engagements across campus, community, and national partners. The position supports scheduling, travel, meetings, correspondence, donor relations, and records while anticipating needs that enable the Executive Director to lead a growing Center effectively. The Baylor Center for Disability and Flourishing advances research, training, outreach, and clinical services that promote the flourishing of people with disabilities, their families, and communities. Through a growing network of programs, partnerships, and initiatives, the Center is helping schools, churches, and communities foster belonging and support the full participation of people with disabilities. Within this work, the Assistant to the Executive Director plays a vital role in enabling the leadership and effectiveness of the Center. We are seeking a highly organized, relational, and proactive professional who can anticipate needs, manage complexity, and create the conditions that allow the Executive Director to focus on the Center’s highest priorities.
