About The Position
Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant to Director to provide high-quality clinical services to individuals and families. The Assistant to Director provides leadership and consultation to a multidisciplinary team while ensuring clinical compliance, meeting productivity standards, and collaborating across programs to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required
- Active Illinois license (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW) required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Community mental health experience
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Monitor electronic mental health records for accuracy, completion, and timeliness.
- Follow supervisory directives and comply with agency guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure documentation and service standards are met.
- Consult regularly with the Director on service delivery and intervention quality.
