About The Position

Sacred Heart University invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track Assistant Teaching Professor of Anatomy and Physiology in the Department of Biology. This role focuses on undergraduate teaching, primarily instructing Anatomy and Physiology for biology, nursing, and allied health students. The ideal candidate will be an engaging educator passionate about student success and committed to creating active, inclusive learning environments for a diverse student body. There is an opportunity to develop a foundational biology course for non-science majors. Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Biology or a related field in the biological sciences (ABD considered).
  • Significant teaching experience preferred.
  • Post-doctoral experience preferred.
