About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Preschool Teacher to help create a positive, engaging environment where children can learn, play, grow, and thrive academically and emotionally. The Assistant Teacher partners with preschool teachers to implement the proprietary curriculum and uses engaging characters to make learning fun. The role also helps maintain health, safety, and quality-compliance standards, contributes to a welcoming classroom and workplace, and communicates children’s experiences and achievements to families through mobile apps and personal discussions. The position offers state-of-the-art classrooms with current technology, materials, and resources, along with ongoing training, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and leadership pathways. Requirements

Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
