About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate, caring, and creative Assistant Preschool Teacher to help create a positive, engaging learning environment where children can learn, play, grow, and thrive. The role partners with preschool teachers to implement the proprietary curriculum and use engaging characters to make learning fun. The Assistant Teacher helps maintain classroom health, safety, and quality standards; collaborates with colleagues to create a welcoming space; and communicates children’s activities and achievements to parents and families, including through mobile apps and personal discussions. The Learning Experience’s curriculum focuses on six ages and stages of early childhood development and uses hands-on activities to encourage children to explore and solve problems at their own pace. The position is offered by an independently owned and operated franchise; applications and hiring decisions are handled by that franchisee.

Requirements

Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Nice To Haves

Early childhood education coursework is preferred.

Responsibilities
