About The Position

Get Ready, Set, Grow is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support a safe, positive learning environment for children. The Assistant Teacher assists with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, preparing and organizing learning materials, and supervising children during activities, including meals and naptime. The role also supports children’s development and growth and helps create a welcoming, harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. The school offers a supportive work environment and resources for educators, along with education incentives and career development programs. Requirements

High school diploma required.
40 DCF hours, or willingness to obtain them within the first year of employment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
