About The Position

Assistant Teachers support the daily care of children, maintain an engaging and orderly classroom, build skills in observing and planning for children, communicate with families, and complete training on childcare, preschool, and child development.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children.
• Effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
• Engage in physical activity with children indoors or outdoors.
