About The Position

Lally Early Learning Center is seeking Assistant Teachers. This role involves working with children under 13 years of age and requires maintaining specific training hours and health clearances. The center offers an Early Wage Access program for employees.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• HS Diploma/GED
• 1 year experience working with children under 13
• Tuberculosis (TB) Test and physician’s clearance to work in childcare
• Basic computer skills, with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community

Responsibilities

• Work with children under 13 years of age.
• Maintain 30 hours of childcare-related training every 2 years.
• Complete Child Abuse Prevention, CPR, First Aid, AED, and Blood-borne Pathogens trainings within 30 days of hire.
