Assistant Teacher
About The Position
Assistant Teachers support the daily care and development of children at a child care center. They follow licensing guidelines and company standards, maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, and develop skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children and communicating with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Candidates should be energetic and dependable, have a passion for working with children, meet applicable state or accreditation education and experience requirements, and be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

- Hourly pay of $18.04–$18.74, with bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; compensation is based on position, education, and experience.
