About The Position

This is more than just a daycare job. It’s a journey, where you learn, grow, thrive—and play—every day. Assistant Teachers help inspire children to become lifelong learners. They ensure children receive daily care in accordance with licensing guidelines and company standards, maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, engage with children and families, and complete training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children.
• Effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
• Engage in physical activity with children indoors or outdoors.
