Europa Village is a one-of-a-kind Wine Country destination offering an Old World European experience where service is gracious and unlimited. We offer amazing wines in our Tasting Room, a delicious menu at Bolero Restaurante, and a total of 20 beautiful rooms to enjoy a getaway. Europa Village is looking to fill the position of a full-time Assistant Tasting Room Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with an out-going, self-motivated and energetic personality. Must posses strong leadership and coaching skills as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
- Assists the Tasting Room Manager in overseeing the Tasting Room operations
- Responsible for training and mentoring new employees
- Assists in overseeing day-to-day hospitality operations while maintaining the core values, standards and ambiance of the winery
- Leads and motivates sales and supports the team to achieve revenue goals; updates team on new promotions and assists sales team as needed
- Assists with achieving or exceeding financial goals, including wine sales, retail sales and Wine Club sign-ups.
- Assists with controlling operational costs and helps identify measures to cut waste
- Delivers unsurpassed guest service to maximize guest satisfaction
- Manages cash handling, including drawer reconciliations and bank deposits
- Completes daily credit card tip calculations and enters them into tip spreadsheet
- Other duties as assigned
