Requirements

• Experience in commercial construction projects
• Knowledge of health, safety, and OSHA requirements
• Ability to oversee and manage project site labor
• Proficiency in using metrics and reports for performance measurement
• Strong meeting facilitation and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for providing updates
• Ability to identify value-added opportunities
• Skills in monitoring client satisfaction
• Ability to foster strong sub-contractor relationships
• Experience in soliciting referrals

Responsibilities

• Effectively oversee, monitor and manage all work progression per construction responsibilities matrix from pre-construction through project close
• Partner with Project Manager to complete projects on time and on budget
• Monitor and/or manage health, safety, and OSHA requirements
• Oversee and manage all project site labor ensuring quality performance
• Utilize metrics and reports to measure success, drive accountability, and identify improvements
• Lead safety, pre-construction, foreman, and team meetings. Maintain robust meeting notes and hold team members accountable to their assigned action items
• Provide consistent updates and maintain accurate documentation to support keeping the Project Manager informed
• Identify value added opportunities to meet and/or exceed client and stakeholder goals
• Monitor and ensure client satisfaction
• Monitor and ensure that strong sub-contractor relationships exist
• Identify and pursue opportunities to solicit referrals from and/or through clients and stakeholders
