About The Position

Structor Construction is hiring a Multifamily Assistant Superintendent to work under one of our Superintendents, taking ownership of assigned scopes, phases, and areas while building toward full site authority. This is a development role by design: you'll run real work and be held to real standards, with direct mentorship and progressively larger scope.

Requirements

2+ years of commercial construction field experience, including lead or foreman time
Degree in construction science, construction management, or engineering — or equivalent hands-on experience
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and details
OSHA 30-Hour, or willingness to obtain within 90 days
First Aid/CPR, or willingness to obtain (scaffold, trench, fall protection, forklift a plus)
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Assist daily activity for your assigned trades, areas, or phases
Complete daily logs, field reports, and superintendent deliverables
Conduct safety inspections in your area — and stop work that doesn't meet standard
Perform QA/QC inspections and document deficiencies through correction
Coordinate deliveries, laydown, hoisting, and site logistics
Lead daily huddles for your crews and trade partners
Track and report schedule progress so impacts get caught early
