About The Position
The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works alongside the Studio Manager to help keep an Orangetheory studio running smoothly and steps in when the manager is away. The role represents the Orangetheory brand and shares information about its science-based workout with members and prospective members. The position offers an opportunity to learn the different aspects of the business and may serve as a stepping stone toward a management role or franchise ownership. Responsibilities
- Support the Studio Manager in operating the studio smoothly.
- Step in for the Studio Manager when they are away.
- Represent the Orangetheory brand and share information about its workout with members and prospective members.
- Help set and surpass goals alongside the Studio Manager.
