About The Position

Assistant Managers at Andy’s oversee all aspects of store operations and ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained. This is an extremely hands-on position that involves working up front with guests and staff across shifts, rather than working in an office. Requirements

1–2 years of proven management experience in food service or a leadership role in a related industry.
Able to physically work all shifts up front, taking care of guests and staff.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic.
Able to lead by example and uphold high operating standards in a fast-paced environment.
Able to help the team grow through ongoing coaching and feedback.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Able to work full-time with open availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Solid employment track record with positive references.
Able to meet the stated physical demands, including standing and walking constantly and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 55 pounds.
