About The Position

Fabletics is seeking a passionate, driven Assistant Store Manager for its retail store at Pinecrest Mall in Orange Village, Ohio. The Assistant Store Manager works with the Store Manager and leadership team to deliver an exceptional retail experience, drive sales and operational excellence, and support a seamless omnichannel shopping experience between online and physical stores. This role helps lead and develop associates, engage customers, achieve store objectives, and maintain a well-run, safe, and easy-to-shop environment. The position reports to the Store Manager.

Requirements

At least 1 year of management experience in a retail environment.
Knowledge of and familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling or spin, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
Familiarity with retail inventory and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Self-motivation, good communication skills, and the ability to bring out the best in others.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
Availability to work onsite and a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing may be required.

Support the Store Manager and peer Supervisor in training Associates to engage customers in meaningful ways.
Drive customer engagement in and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
Support and manage daily store activities in alignment with company and store goals.
Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve the customer experience.
Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and enhance the customer’s purchase journey.
Provide and encourage feedback across the organization to support continuous business improvement.
Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Provide general product knowledge to customers and team members.
Maintain personal sales performance and achieve sales goals.
Maintain safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues.
Unpack inventory boxes as required.
