About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager oversees all aspects of operating a Kwik Trip retail and food location. The role includes hiring, training, and scheduling 20–60 coworkers; ordering and inventory control; managing P&Ls; and maintaining store cleanliness and stocking. The assistant manager must be willing to work in the kitchen and support food safety.

Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours over a five-day workweek and receive time-and-a-half for hours worked over 40 in a week. The position offers opportunities to develop skills for future leadership roles within the company.
