About The Position

Beaches is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Spanish Fork to lead store operations, sales performance, and a commission-based team. This is a hands-on leadership role for a competitive, goal-driven person who can motivate and develop employees, build strong guest relationships, and create an energetic environment. The manager will lead by example on the sales floor, help the team meet individual and store goals, and support the growth of the team, store, and their own career.

Requirements

Strong communication and leadership skills.
Enjoy working with people, building relationships, sales, and helping guests find suitable products and services.
Thrive in a commission-driven, goal-focused, fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Confident, dependable, positive, self-motivated, competitive, coachable, and motivated by team success.
Open availability seven days a week and ability to work a variety of shifts, including opening and closing.
At least 3 years of proven sales and management success in beauty, spa, wellness, or retail.

Responsibilities

Own daily store operations and drive overall store performance.
Lead, coach, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing commission sales team.
Drive memberships, commission sales, upgrades, and revenue growth.
Set the pace on the sales floor and lead by example.
Inspire the team to achieve individual and store goals.
Build relationships with guests and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Monitor team performance and turn goals into results.
Oversee opening, closing, and daily operational standards.
Help retain top talent and build a fun, positive, energetic, results-driven team culture.
