About The Position

Kay Jewelers, part of Signet Jewelers, is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with the store’s daily operations and performance. The role focuses on helping individual team members and the team meet standards and sales and profit projections, contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, developing team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and recruiting and selecting team members. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces Company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
