About The Position

Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections. The role contributes to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, develops team members' skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and supports recruiting and selection. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces Company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

The position offers base pay plus sales commission, along with benefits and other rewards, some of which are limited to full-time team members.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
