About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager directly supports the Store Manager in executing store operations and leading a team of Health Enthusiasts. The role helps achieve sales and productivity goals, develop talent, build community relationships, and provide customers with guidance related to wellness. It also supports company training and continuous learning initiatives and maintains store standards, including maintenance, loss prevention, receipt processing, stocking, and pricing. The position requires a flexible schedule based on business needs, including holidays, weekends, and potentially different locations.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, and at different locations depending on business needs.
• Valid driver's license.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Enthusiasm and ability to engage customers and Health Enthusiasts effectively.
• Ability to support the development of strong teams.
• Passion for the health and wellness industry.

• Retail management experience preferred.

• Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, process receipts promptly, keep shelves stocked, and ensure products are priced correctly.
• Perform additional duties as required.
