About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager oversees all aspects of running a retail and food location. The role includes hiring, training, and scheduling 20–60 coworkers; food safety; ordering and inventory control; P&Ls; cleaning and stocking; and working in the kitchen. Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours during a five-day workweek and receive time and a half for additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
