About The Position

Assistant Managers oversee all aspects of store operations and ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained. They lead by example to deliver high customer satisfaction, high-quality custard, and exceptional service, while helping maintain Andy’s fun, family-like, professional culture. This is a hands-on position that involves working up front with guests and staff across shifts, rather than working in an office. The role offers opportunities to develop team members and grow with the company as it opens additional stores.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven management experience in the food service industry or a leadership role in a related industry.
• Must be able to physically work all shifts up front with guests and staff.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor.
• Ability to lead by example and uphold high operating standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach and provide feedback to help team members grow.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work full-time with open availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Solid employment track record with positive references.
• Constant standing and walking.
• Ability to occasionally push, pull, lift, or carry up to 55 pounds independently and safely.
• Ability to occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, or similar.
• Constant use of a computer, point-of-sale register, and fountain equipment.
• Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist and spine.
• Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around the fountain area.
• Constant talking and exchanging ideas through spoken communication.
• Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances.
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
