About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role helps hire, supervise, and work with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. It is responsible for helping maintain high standards and providing fast, friendly customer service, as well as executing the food program. The Assistant Manager sets an example for staff through care for customers, urgency, patience, and leadership. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
