About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager oversees all aspects of operating a retail and food location. The role includes hiring, training, and scheduling 20–60 coworkers; working in the kitchen; maintaining food safety; ordering and inventory control; managing P&Ls; and cleaning and stocking the store. Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours across a five-day workweek and receive time and a half for additional hours worked over 40 in a week. The position offers a full pay range of $54,562.30 to $81,855.80. Actual pay depends on factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip also shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses that range from 8–12% of gross annual wages, depending on company profitability.
