About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading the store and developing Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. The role calls for an inspirational, dynamic leader with supervisory, coaching, and retail operations skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment. Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous supervisory experience and a proven track record of coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
