About The Position

TOMMY HILFIGER is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to deliver an excellent customer experience, oversee store operations, drive performance, and maintain a motivated team while upholding the brand’s standards. Under the guidance of the Store Manager, this role executes business strategies, supports daily sales goals, and fosters an inclusive team environment. The Assistant Store Manager leads store operations as a key holder and leader on duty, including opening and closing, monitoring daily performance, coaching associates, and supporting an exceptional store experience. The role also involves working on the sales floor, processing inventory, restocking, cashiering, representing the brand and its campaigns, and building positive customer relationships. Requirements

Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
Strong leadership presence and ability to lead by example, manage challenges, resolve issues proactively, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role, with key holder responsibilities.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods.
Ability to carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

Create warm, helpful customer interactions that encourage sales and build brand loyalty.
Lead store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and manage day-to-day performance.
Coach associates and support the brand in delivering an exceptional store experience.
Promote current campaigns, product launches, and the brand vision to customers.
Work on the sales floor, process new inventory, restock shelves, and cashier.
Support business strategies and daily sales goals while maintaining a motivated and inclusive team environment.
