About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager strategically manages and promotes a sales culture in a retail environment to achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning and expense control. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role helps ensure a consistently high customer experience in keeping with Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards. The position is onsite at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail management role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations to meet key performance indicators and profit-and-loss expectations.
• Support recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for high-performing, results-driven team members.
• Communicate and demonstrate the brand’s values, attitude, and culture.
• Help implement programs, policies, routines, seasonal initiatives, and specific store needs under the Store Manager’s direction.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop action plans and achieve their objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Take accountability, under the Store Manager’s direction, for training and execution across business operations, sales, and customer service so employees meet Retail Standards.
• Support team members through example and coaching to deliver a strong guest experience, assess guest needs, provide product education, and support transactions and omnichannel programs such as buy online, pickup in store, phone sales, and ship-from-store.
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding training, and performance management activities.
• Hold career discussions that help team members understand how working at Psycho Bunny can contribute to their career and personal growth.
• Move dynamically on the sales floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
• Resolve guest feedback and emergent issues, including escalations and emergency requests, and help make things right for guests.
• Work with the Store Manager to meet applicable health and safety and Covid-19 requirements and maintain a safe, compliant workplace for team members and customers.
• Build supportive and productive relationships with team members, focusing on personal and professional development.
