About The Position

Assistant Managers oversee all aspects of store operations and ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained. They lead by example to deliver high customer satisfaction, high-quality custard, and exceptional customer service, while fostering the fun, family-like, professional culture associated with Andy’s. This is an extremely hands-on position involving work up front with guests and staff across shifts, rather than office work. The role offers the opportunity to take on challenges, develop team members, and grow with the company.

Requirements

One to two years of proven management experience in food service or a leadership role in a related industry.
Must be able to physically work all shifts up front with guests and staff.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic.
Able to lead by example and uphold high operating standards in a fast-paced environment.
Able to help the team grow through ongoing coaching and feedback.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Able to work full-time with open availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Solid employment track record with positive references.
