About The Position

Assist in supervising store employees and participate in the day-to-day operations of the store and warehouse, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Ensure the accountability and security of cashier funds, maintain neat and attractive merchandise displays, and assist customers with locating items and prices and understanding store policy. Help employees resolve routine problems and complete special assignments. Assume the Store Manager’s responsibilities when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Experience working in a retail store preferred.
