About The Position
Mobily is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead and inspire a wireless sales team. The role focuses on modeling strong sales and customer-service practices, teaching and coaching employees on the sales floor, and expanding staff knowledge of phones, accessories, and plans. The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager and helps maintain successful store operations, customer loyalty, and achievement of sales goals.
Requirements
- One year of proven retail sales management experience, including interactive sales processes and commissioned sales.
- One year of experience recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to pass background checks.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with all aspects of store functions in the Store Manager’s absence.
- Assist with day-to-day store operations, including targeted sales achievement.
- Support merchandising and promotional activities.
- Support customer service and retention.
- Assist with audits.
- Train employees and coach sales staff on the sales floor.
- Manage inventory.
- Handle cash, reconciliations, and deposits.
- Support customer satisfaction efforts measured by surveys.
- Support store safety and security.
