Assistant Store Manager
About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager oversees all aspects of running a Kwik Trip retail and food location. The role includes hiring, training, and scheduling 20–60 coworkers; food safety; ordering and inventory control; managing P&Ls; and cleaning and stocking. The assistant manager must be willing to work in the kitchen and help maintain a clean, inviting store. Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours during a five-day workweek and receive time and a half for additional hours worked over 40 in a week. The position offers opportunities to develop skills for additional challenges and leadership roles within the company.
